The deadlines in a lease, mortgage, insurance policy, HOA document, purchase agreement, construction contract or vendor agreement: the date, what happens if it is missed, and the passage it was read from, where one was captured. Dates are computed from the contract’s own rules, not estimated. $0.50 a contract, and the first 3 are free.

Revalidata is a remote MCP server. Your agent signs in to a Revalidata account with OAuth the first time it connects, and you choose what it may do.

A2A agents

Revalidata also speaks the Agent2Agent protocol. Point your A2A client at the agent card. Send a contract as a message and poll the task; sign-in and prices are the same. To tell us something instead, send a message with a feedback data part; the card’s send-feedback skill lists the fields.

Without OAuth

Create an API key on your Billing page and send it as a bearer token. Keys, and connecting an app over OAuth, need a confirmed email address: signing up does not confirm it, but using a sign-in link we email to you does.

What your agent can do

prism_review_contract	Send a contract by URL, text, or file. Returns a contractId at once; reading takes about a minute.
prism_get_contract	Results: the deadlines and risks Revalidata found, in full for a paid contract, the free three-fact preview otherwise. Never spends credits.
prism_unlock_contract	Spend one credit ($0.50) to get the full read. Free if the contract is already paid for.
prism_upcoming_deadlines	Open deadlines across every contract, soonest first.
prism_list_contracts	Every contract in the account, and which are unlocked.
prism_get_account	Credits remaining and prices.
prism_buy_credits	A checkout link to hand to your person when credits run out, and an MPP purchase URL an agent with a wallet can pay.
prism_send_feedback	Tell us when your user corrects a date, says a document type is not supported, asks for a feature, or says what they would pay. A person reads it; there is no promise of a reply or a fix. Free. A wrong result we reproduce earns 10 free credits.

A typical run: send the contract, wait about a minute, get the results. Sending the same document again returns the same contract. Full results carry one optional line, feedbackHint, that reminds your agent it can pass a correction or a missing feature on to us. It can be ignored.

What it costs

$0.50 per contract, charged once, when its full results are first delivered. Every account starts with 3 free.
Previews, re-reads, and documents Revalidata cannot read are free. The same contract is never charged twice.
Credits come in packs of 20 or more. When they run out, your agent hands you a checkout link. An agent that supports machine payments (MPP) can buy a pack itself.
Contracts it unlocks get email reminders to you 90, 30 and 7 days before each deadline, the same as contracts you add yourself.

You stay in control

A connected agent only reaches your own Revalidata account. You can allow it to read without sending contracts, and disconnect it any time from Security. We don’t sell your data: privacy.
