We don’t sell your data.

What we collect

• The documents you upload, and the facts our engine reads out of them.
• Your email address, to sign you in and send the deadline alerts you asked for.
• Basic account and usage information — what you’ve paid for, when you last signed in.
• Which pages you visit on this site, and which steps you complete on the way to reading a contract, logged directly by us (never a third-party ad or tracking network) so we can see what’s working. To count one visit as one visit we set a single first-party cookie holding a random id — it says nothing about you, and it is never joined to your account or shared.
• If you arrive through a link someone shared with a referral code in it, your browser remembers that code for 60 days. It is sent to us only if you start a subscription, so the person who referred you can be credited, and it is recorded with that subscription, by us and at Stripe.
• On the property-manager plan, the rent records you enter: the day of the month you say each lease’s rent is due, the rent you bill, the payments you record (the amount, the date, how it arrived and any reference you type, such as a check number), the security deposits you record (the amount, the date, how it moved, the note you type for where you hold it, the optional note you type when you return one, and the reason you give for keeping part of one or for taking an entry back), the late fee you state for each lease (the fee, the grace days), and the reason you give for taking back a charge. Revalidata does not collect or move that money; it keeps your record of it.
• Payment details are handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• If you sign up for text reminders: your mobile number, whether you confirmed it, whether you later stopped, and the replies you send to our number (kept for up to four years). We use them only to send the texts you asked for, and we keep a record that a number asked to stop so we never text it again. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

What we use it for

Reading your documents, tracking your deadlines, emailing you before they’re due and, on the property-manager plan, keeping the rent records you enter. That’s it. The AI systems that read your documents work only to provide you that service — not to build an advertising profile of you, and not shared with data brokers.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the small number of service providers we need to run Revalidata at all — the AI providers that read your documents, the email provider that sends your alerts, the text-message provider (Twilio) that delivers the texts you asked for, Stripe for payment, and our cloud host. Each is bound to use your information only to provide that specific piece of the service, never to sell it or use it for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else — ever.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, so your documents and deadlines stay available to you. Contracts you’ve already paid for stay yours if you cancel a subscription — we don’t delete what you bought. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time.

Your rights

You can see everything Revalidata has read about your documents right in the app. Email support@parad1gm.com to export your data, delete your account, or ask us anything about how this works.

Your documents don’t train anyone’s model

The AI providers that read your contracts for us process them to return the result and do not use them to train their models. We don’t train models on your documents either.

Where it lives, and how it’s kept

Your documents and account data are stored in the United States. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it, traffic is encrypted, and documents sit in encrypted storage. No service can promise perfect security, and we won’t pretend otherwise — but if anything ever affected your data, we would tell you.

Deleting your account

Ask us and we’ll delete your account and its documents within 30 days. Copies can sit in routine backups a little longer before they age out, and we keep the minimum records we need for tax and accounting — a payment record, not your contracts.

State privacy rights

If your state gives you privacy rights — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others do — you can ask us what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted, and we won’t treat you differently for asking. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as California defines those terms. Email support@parad1gm.com and we’ll handle it.

Children

Revalidata is for adults. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this ever changes in a way that matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect — not bury it in a version-number update.
