- Connect QuickBooks Online and Revalidata reads its chart of accounts, trial balances and reports, then imports the history into Revalidata’s books when you choose. Revalidata only reads: it has no way to change anything in QuickBooks.

What is free?
Your first 3 findings are free, no card. The rest of the read, and the reminders, are what you pay for.
What does $1 get me?
Keeping it gets you the full read of that one contract, with the passage each finding was read from, where one was captured, and an email 90, 30 and 7 days before each deadline by default. Contracts you have paid for stay yours, and there is no subscription.
What is the limit on the $9 plan?
Up to 50 contracts a month, which counts every document you add. If you need more in a month, email support@parad1gm.com.
How do I get the $49 Landlords and property managers plan?
Start with your first findings free, then choose the plan on the Billing page. It renews each month until you cancel.
Do the $1 and $9 prices include the rent tools?
No. Rent billing, payments, deposits, late fees, vendor bills, a profit and loss for each property, maintenance requests and the owner link are on the $49 Landlords and property managers plan. For landlords who collect their own rent, and for managers who run buildings for owners. The $1 and $9 prices cover reading contracts and their reminders.
Can I try the $49 plan before I pay?
There is no free trial of the plan itself. Your first 3 findings are free, no card. The plan renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel in the app.
Does Revalidata work with QuickBooks?
Yes, on the $49 Landlords and property managers plan, for reading it. Connect QuickBooks Online and Revalidata reads its chart of accounts, trial balances and reports, then imports the history into Revalidata’s books when you choose. Revalidata only reads: it has no way to change anything in QuickBooks. The account owner connects it and can disconnect it at any time. It does not replace QuickBooks yet. Not available yet: a bank feed, 1099s, collecting rent online and importing a QuickBooks file. Keep QuickBooks for your bank and your tax forms. The Landlords and property managers page says what Revalidata does cover.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
In the app, in two clicks. The next charge stops and you keep the plan until the month you already paid for runs out. We do not refund part-months.
What if a read is badly wrong?
Email us within 30 days and we will refund it. That offer is ours, and it does not take away any refund right your state gives you. It is in the Terms.
Do AI agents pay the same?
No. An AI agent connected over MCP pays $0.50 a contract, and the first 3 are free. Setup is on the agents page.
